About Prayer Verification
Pray with intention. See the impact. Keep it between you and God.
Prayer Verification is a simple way to log your prayer time, pray for others by their prayer code, and add your minutes to a shared pool of prayer—without feeds, likes, or pressure.
You hold down the prayer button while you pray. When you’re done, the app records how long you prayed and what you prayed about (by topic), then quietly adds it to the totals.
That’s it. No public profiles. No “who prayed better.” Just real prayer time, gently counted.
How It Works
Get your prayer code
When you create an account, you receive a unique prayer code. Share it with friends and family so they can log prayers for you.
Hold to pray
Choose a curated prayer topic (like health, guidance, gratitude, etc.), then hold down the prayer button while you pray. Let go when you’re finished, and your time is logged.
Prayer goes into the shared pool
Your prayer time is added anonymously to that topic’s total, along with everyone else’s. You’ll see things like “X minutes prayed for healing today”—but never who prayed.
Encourage each other with notifications
When someone uses your prayer code, you’ll get a simple notification that someone prayed for you and for how long. No names. No details. Just a quiet nudge: you were prayed for.
What We Log (and What We Don’t)
We like to say your actual prayers are only stored in the cloud called Heaven.
In the app, we only keep the bare minimum:
What is logged:
- Your prayer time (how many seconds/minutes you held the button)
- The topic/category you chose
- The prayer code you prayed for (if any)
- Basic account info so you can sign in and get notifications
What is not logged:
- The words of your prayer
- Personal details about who or what specifically you’re praying for
- Public profiles or visible timelines of your activity
- Behavioral tracking for ads or marketing
No one can open a feed and see “what you prayed” or “who you prayed for.” All that shows up in the shared view is: “Someone prayed X minutes for this topic.”
Privacy, Not Performance
Prayer Verification is intentionally quiet:
- No ads
- No paywalls
- No “engagement” tricks
- No public “prayer leaderboard”
It’s just a tool to support your real life prayer habits and help you stay connected to the people you care about.
Why We Built It
Modern apps are great at tracking everything except the things that matter most.
Prayer Verification is our small attempt to fix that—to give you a way to:
- Be more intentional with your prayer time
- Remember to pray for specific people
- See your minutes of prayer add up over days, weeks, and months
- Join a shared, anonymous pool of prayer with others around the world
It’s a little bit of structure, a little bit of encouragement, and a lot of staying out of the way.
